Liquor Packages
Notes
All Packages include:
Ice, Bottled Water, Soft Drinks, Bar Fruit, Cocktail Napkins and Plastic ware. Plastic ware is used for all events unless alternate arrangements are made. If Glassware is desired, it must be rented.
Champagne
Champagne can be added to any Bar Package on a per bottle basis.
Children
The charge for children under the legal drinking age is $4.00 per child per hour.
Beverage Minimum
There is a $5,000 beverage minimum required for all Saturday events, not inclusive of service charge.
Service Charge
A service charge of 20% is added to all beverage packages with the exception of cash bars.
Payment
Confirmation of the number of guests you are expecting must be received by Warehouse Live no later than 72 hours prior to your event. At this time, 50% of your beverage bill will be due by credit card, cashiers check or cash. The remaining balance is due by the end of your event.
No Outside Beverage Vendors
All beverage services, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic packages must be provided by Warehouse Live.
