THE GRACE FOUNDATION OF TEXAS ~ HOUSTON GALA EVENT FUNDRAISER

MISSION STATEMENT:  A community-based organization dedicated to helping provide health care, education, career training and job placement to young adults who have survived homelessness.

Please join Patrice Pike (Texas Music Hall of Famer & Co Founder of the Grace Education of Texas) for an evening of Live Music, Fine Art, Cocktails and Dinner.  The evening will feature both a silent and live auction, music performed by Patrice and her band, as well as a live art creation by famed international artist Rolanda Diaz.  Rolanda Diaz will create a one of a kind, world class fine arts painting before your very eyes during Patrice's performance, which you will then have the opportunity to bid on at the live auction.

The Grace Foundation helps young adults who have demonstrated a desire to leave the streets in order to begin cultivating a more fulfilling life.  By partnering with other organizations, the Grace Foundation is able to provide multiple avenues for job placement, career training, college funding and health and dental treatment.

Their efforts started as a grassroots organization created to serve young adult survivors of homelessness in Austin.  The young adults who were chosen to receive a sponsorship by the Grace Foundation, have been well served and have been given substantial funding.  Now the Grace Foundation is answering the call to raise funds in other Texas cities and communities.

The Grace Foundation of Texas is a pending 501(c)3 Non-Profit, based in Austin Texas.  The Foundation is growing into a statewide organization with active programs now in place in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio.
