Can I apply to work at Warehouse Live?

How can I rent the venue?

Please visit the Private Events section of the website. Warehouse Live is the perfect place for your event!

Where can I park?

There are several parking options around the Venue both surface lots with varying costs and on-street parking spaces.

Is smoking permitted inside the venue?

Smoking is not allowed inside the venue, but we do have designated smoking areas outside.

Do you need an ID to enter the venue?

For all ages shows, an ID is not required for entry. However, in compliance with laws of the State of Texas, anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking or purchasing alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID. For shows with age restrictions, an ID is required for entry. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

What items can I NOT bring into the venue?

Will I be searched before entering?

In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, we reserve the right to search and/or use a metal detector on anyone before entering Warehouse Live.

What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?

Still photos and recording policies are at the bands discretion and are subject to change each show. You may bring your camera with the understanding that you might need to take it back to your means of transportation prior to entering the venue.

What is your re­entry policy?

For all shows there is NO RE-ENTRY. If there is an emergency, re-entry is bases on a case by case basis with a member of Warehouse Live management.

How old do you have to be to attend a show?

All shows are all ages unless otherwise indicated on the Warehouse Live website, TicketFly Ticket website, or on the physical ticket. Please check each event for age restrictions.

Does the venue have seats?

Unless a show is advertised as seated, our shows are general admission and standing room only. A small number of couches are available on a first­come, first­serve basis in the Studio. Patrons with special needs should call 713.225.5483 x100 in advance to make arrangements.

Is there wheelchair accessibility?

Does the venue have an ATM on site?

Yes. There are two ATMs located in the venue.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Where do I purchase tickets?

Advance tickets can either be purchased in person at the Warehouse Live Box Office, on­line at

https://warehouselive.com, or by phone at 1-877-987-6487.

What are the hours of operation?

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 12pm ­ 6pm and on show days beginning 1 hour prior to doors until the headliner takes the stage. The Administrative Offices are open Monday through Friday from 10am ­ 5pm.
